  • Jeremy

Missouri — Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn
Kansas — In Cold Blood by Truman Capote

  • I’ve seen this challenge floating around, and I would love to participate! It would be so much fun to read my way around the United States and imagine some of the places that I’ve visited! Good luck on your challenge!

  • If you like gritty books, Tawni O’Dell’s Back Roads is set in Pennsylvania.

Others I liked set in my home state: The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, Plain Truth by Jodi Picoult, The Inn at Lake Devine by Elinor Lipman.

    • I do :) I’ll have to check them out. I still haven’t read the Lovely bones. I’m kind of ashamed of that lol
