Thrifty Threads Thursday: Electric Blue & Black

Thrifty Threads Thursday: Electric Blue & Black

I don’t wear this blazer very often, but I really should. It fits my short frame and it has such adorable detailing on it. I love the ruffles.. and I’m not normally a ruffle sort of person. It lends a very feminine touch to your traditional black blazer. I picked this blazer up for $4 at the DeWitt Goodwill last fall. It’s one of my favorite local branches, I always walkout with an arm full of clothing.

The dress is a pretty electric blue number that I picked up at a forever 21 when I was on vacation in Charleston last year. It was one of their basic A-lines, one of the $12.80 that they always sell.  The pointy flats I picked up from target last fall on clearance for $12.

I’m a big fan of this color combo, it’s exactly the same combination I wore for last week’s Thrifty Threads Thursday.
